On this leg of our Loop adventure, you will board in Staten Island, NY, cruise past lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty and up the Hudson River.  We will stop in historic ports like Kingston where you can visit the maritime museum, West Point or the FDR Library. We’ll then head north stopping at the Culinary Institute of America, and then pass through the first lock since south of the Chesapeake, before ending this cruise, just north of Albany, NY in Waterford, NY
