On this fifth leg of our Great Loop adventure is a quick trip to get a feel for life onboard. While this is only a 3 day trip, you can stay on and book this as a 10 day trip all the way to Hampton, VA.
You will board in Southport, NC. We’ll do a quick trip out to Bald Head to Explore this quite island, that while only 3 miles from Southport feels remote. We’ll then head up the ICW and anchor in the middle of Camp Lejeune, in Mile Hammock Bay. The last day we’ll continue north, Arriving in Beaufort early afternoon.
